"St Catherine’s School was founded in 1955 and is a small, family school conveniently situated in the heart of Empangeni. St Catherine’s caters for learners from Pre-Primary to Grade 12. Whilst the High School is the only High School in Zululand exclusively for young ladies, the Pre-Primary and Primary Phases are for both boys and girls.St Catherine’s produces consistently excellent academic results and well-rounded learners who achieve success in their professions and make positive contributions to their communities. Our school has achieved 100% Matric Pass Rate since 1982!The aim of St Catherine’s is to provide an excellent, balanced education that combines Christian and moral growth with academic achievement."
