Just left SAW to go to Audiosure. Because of how I am treated I decided to switch from Audac to Samsam a substandard mic from what I normally buy at SAW but I am over waiting at the collections after I had arranged for my mic to be prepared. Good products just a substandard service. I wonder how Audac int. will feel about this....
Edit to the below: Communication regarding installation was corrected and the installation team did a neat and superb installation job. Sales staff is great, but that’s about all I can say for now. Having paid the required deposit, an installation representative came out to look. He gave me an installation date, but that was three days ago at time of writing and I’m still waiting. Followed up with the sales rep the afternoon of the scheduled installation, who said he would follow up. No feedback yet. So deposit has been paid but I’m in the dark as if and when to expect installation.
FANTASTIC service and workmanship. Super super helpful staff. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with this company. Highly recommend!!!
Absolutely terrible service from Stage Audio Works and more specifically Ivan in Sales. Ordered a remote control 2 months ago, had to make numerous calls in order to get an update. Finally got an answer that it will be available to collect on Tuesday 11/05. Go there to collect and was told that it's not there and he didn't tell me to come through. Not sure how Stage Audio Works does business, but Ivan is terrible to deal with.
Worst customer service experience ever from Mlu and Lu when purchasing 2 x DB Technologies ES1203 systems. Long story, but they forgot to place my order, then lied about what was happening. Shame for choosing them as a distributor DB Technologies.

Staff on the floor is very helpful and I would give them 5x stars, however the same cannot be said for the staff in the sales office - very disappointed in the service I received.
The experts. They won't give you stage fright except for when you first see the quote - you get what you pay for and they deliver the best at a fair price - can you afford to get it wrong in order to save 10%? I didn't think so - leave it to the experts, they won't let you down.
Very impressive show room with all the latest musical instruments sound and staging equipment. Even a coffee shop. More than I expected.
