Big up to Devia Naidoo what an excellent service I had on Saturday 28 May. She was very helping in such a way she even told me about a funeral policy something that I NEVER thought about to open at the bank i ended up opening 1. We need more people like her in this industry . Keep up the good work

What a horrible experience at Standard Bank Davenport!! Have been here since 10:30 I'm number 5 on the line and an hour later still waiting , with only 1 consultant working... this place needs to practice why they preach which is Do better !!!!

At the branch for about an hour and wondering if the Tellers notice there are other people in the queue. Generally takes up to an hour per customer.

Staff are nice but too few! I started 5th in the line, it took 1.5 hours to speak to a consultant just to collect a new bank card.

Excellent service, the staff was very helpful and friendly from the guy who helped me in, he had a Zulu name I think he's Sihle. Moosa Abdool and his team leader whose name I forgot met my needs and exceeded my expectations, they were so patient and updated me with literally everything.

Indian Consultant assisted me very well. She took her time checking someone's fault in regards with online personal loan which was approved but not released neither confirmation of employment. She was unable to reach Coetzie something like that because people were leaving for Easter Holidays.

Horrible Experience, 20 people sitting in the Enquiries line and only 1 teller available to work. Absolutely delayed. Lady at info desk was rather efficient.

Went to the Branch today in the middle of Lock Down. What a pleasant experience, very polite and helpful staff. I am hearing impaired. Stars everyone of the staff. Thank you
