Enquiries queue is extremely slow. It's like training is carried out with customers, every now and then an assistant had to interfere. It took me literally an hour to COLLECT A CARD with only 4 people infront of me ~ I didn't even feel like a prestige banking customer yoh.
It's ok, the people are friendly. It will also depend on period/time of the month. Mostly month end is busiest time/period All in all it's all right. They also observe covid 19 protocols.
Inquiry que is super disorganised. Random chairs packed out, no specific line or order. Very slow!!!
Poor customer service...had to wait for 2hrs 40min to collect my card with 6people in front of me...im not happy with their service
