Standard Bank Lake Side

Possibly the worst branch I have ever been to. 1h56 minutes wait with only 2 people in front of me. The staff just chatting amongst each other, eating in front of the client's. They are all extremely slow and unprofessional. Their lack of knowledge has cost me to drive to yet another branch so I can get help. If I could, I would attach pictures that I took of them wondering around. My question is that what is the manager by the name of Nombuso Jiyani doing to keep the standard bank client happy?? Standard Bank Head Office should close this branch, I mean look at all the reviews. Very disappointed!!

Pathetic service Saturday morning spent in queue to collect replacement card with only 2 staff members in attendance. 20 people in queue although was told last week card can be collected at enquires . Staff are clueless

Very bad service there is no order. I sat there for 2 hours just to activate my banking app. Staff members complaining about workload in the presence of clients. The reception is totally useless

I saw an ad about pure save account,I wanted to open one ...I went to the lakeside branch,wow horrible service...no one welcomes clients at the door, nobody tells you where to go you just run to write your name and the lady who's writing names is loudly talking to her colleague....they scream clients names like a government hospital. It's a nightmare. After an hour of sitting without any help I left the bank ... super disappointed such an honorable bank

Service here is really slow, can't be queueing for over an hour just to replace a card where do I complain?

The worst branch ever I went to collect my bank card since 12:00 I've been standing only one person working in Enquiries. They are as slow as snails. I took my lunch time 1 hr has past im still in the queue. Seriously this is unacceptably.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

Their stuff are friendly and quicker to helping their customers ...

Why do we have wait in queues forever just collect a new card, what happened to enquiries n customer service counter ....

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is honestly the worst experience I have had anywhere, bank or not. The enquiry staff there are just horrible
