Standard Bank Lephalale Mall

Very slow service with only 2 consultants helping clients. Have been waiting 1 hour and moved 2 seats.

Had to queue for 2 hours although there were 4 people ahead of me, then I finally get to the consultant only to be told the computer wasn't responding which meant another 30 minutes. The service at this branch is is absolutely appalling that is why banks like Capitec are taking over the game. Standard Bank has zero focus on its customers.

You wait for 2+ hours. Then when you do see a consultant, you are told the debit order switching should have been done when opening the accountsame consultant who did not activate my card correctly, now I must phone the companies individualy. "Would you recommend Standard bank to friends and family?" The bank, sure. Lephalale branch? No.

This is the poorest service I ever experienced in a bank. I waited 100 minutes for someone to help me. There are 5 stations at enquiries and only two staff members to help customers. It took her another 20 minutes to get my new credit card. Pathetic

You pay for private banking, so you don't have to stand in long lines, they took away the private banker, no replacement in sight, your expected to use telephone services, you call them no one answers, what am I paying for‍,,, don't waste your day going to the branch you'll only find 3 consultants for the whole town of lephalale

Poor service...4 empty spaces and 1 person at enquiries, 5 empty spaces and 1 person at tellers...No one at Service consultants, I've been on the queue for more than 3hours.

Worst service ever. One has to wait for a whole 2 hour to 3hours to get help
