Have been to the bank on mutiple occasions to renew my business banking card. I wait for hours in a row outside which never moves. Cant use my card for a month. Find new ways to have customers renew their cards that are due to expire like on the app. Worst bank to bank with.

I'm here with my grandfather who is beyond elderly , and just could not care to help him at all. I would understand if it's me, I'm young and can wait but this is so ridiculous

It has been a full HOUR since I arrived at the bank to update my daughter's details for her account. I am STILL waiting.

The whole set up is not working. I am a busy person that can not afford to sit for 50minutes just to get my cards that is expiring. Why cant it be dropped of at my workplace like the other banks do. I think it is time to move on
