Stan Hutcheson has more than 25 years experience as a Management Consultant. Stan holds a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology and is a Senior Industrial Psychologist, registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Stan is also registered as a Psychologist in Private Practice with the Board of Healthcare Funders. He specializes in the areas of Human Resources, Skills Development, Performance Management, Recruitment and Psychometric Assessment.
Stan Hutcheson has deep expertise in the use of psychometric instruments for the purpose of:

• Selection and recruitment of staff
• Career development and Counseling, and
• Leadership development and Team effectiveness
Stan has developed a deep expertise in the sourcing of and development of people with disabilities over the past 12 years and is frequently quoted in the media on this subject.
Stan has been involved in numerous projects including the presentation of training courses and facilitation of strategy formulation and team building sessions. His speciality includes Leadership, Presentation Skills, Effective Meeting Skills, Facilitation Skills, Selling and Negotiation and Communication Skills.
Stan’s greatest passion lies in the development of the youth of South Africa and is proud to have facilitated over 3000 young people’s entry into the world of work over the past 15 years.
My mission it so support people in their careers and personal lives, utilising the knowledge skills and importantly, lessons learned over my 30 years in business, 15 of which were in the corporate world and 15 as an entrepreneur.
