This group is no good. They hide behind resellers when issues occur. I purchased from them to support products made in RSA, but it was a huge mistake that we have to live with now. The fridge is faulty one way or another and it has been freezing all of our products. When we reach out their first step was to hide behind "warranty" and the likes. We're talking two to three months in, brand new fridge. Companies that run away from responsibility need to go out of business. Stay clear of this group, rather go for a quality import!
