It was an absolute pleasure dealing with STBB attorneys in Cape Town. The bond application and transfer of my property was so smoothly done. I was updated via sms and email on a fortnightly basis with regards to documents submitted etc. I asked that the transfer only go through at the end of September and true as nuts it went through on the 30th as requested. Thank you for being so professional and on the ball! It made the purchase of my home so easy and enjoyable!
