I had a beautiful day yesterday at steers. It was a chilled day welcoming spring. The place is so beautiful and clean. It has chairs inside & shelters outside so we happened to stay outside for fresh air. What took our day with Mighty steers burger, Rib pork meal with medium chips and two fruit cocktail juices. The way the present their food is amazing and very clean. Their burgers are very juicy. Let Me talk about their ribs yooh wow their ribs are very soft and juicy I enjoyed them they do worth their price. I couldn't stop eating them , yooh they are really prepared out of love. I do recommend people to try steers pork ribs . Looking forward to eat more & more Kid-friendliness: They do have what kids can love Parking: Very clean & wide
Nice ice cream. Otherwise the cup is R25 the cone is R8 but the cup has the same amount as the come. I was the only person in the shop with my son. She helped us and walked away we waited then 3 other woman came inside. Lady behind the counter helped them gave them ice creams then only gave us ours. . Thanks. Must say much better experience this time. Thanks.
Purchased double rack ribs from Steers the square on the 30th June 2022 and the order I received was rather insulting! The ribs were burnt and literally tasted like coal ash! Even my fingers had a burnt smell on them. I had to throw them away! I lodged a query on the Mr D app about the quality of my food, I was then asked to take a picture and send which I did however, the restaurant has gone mute! If you do not want to serve people, do not accept orders and chow people's monies in exchange for garbage!!!
I am highly disappointed with the service I have received by your staff at the this branch. They are rude. The lady ignored me when I came to check on my order and when my food was finally done the guy just threw my oder on the counter without even checking my slip to see that I still needed my two milkshakes. And to top it off my child's kiddie meal was thrown in a a large regular chips holder and her ribs. If the store did not have stock of the boxes for the kiddoes meal they should of said. Their service is disgusting and it is pathetic to see that as the owner of that store you have not dealt with this matter. There is multiple complaints regarding that branch but yet when customers walk in they are treated as trash. How can you expect to make money if you have employees that scare off customers??????...and the only reason this branch is getting a one star rating is due to the fact that I could not post this without leaving a rating Kid-friendliness: Pathetic service even towards a child.
Steers The Square Boksburg is the worst! I am very disappointed in their services! I placed an order that was confirmed, and i paid , only to follow up 2 hours later to find out that they didn't even make the food . I canceled the order, and they promised to refund me, i bet you i am going to call again to follow up on that refund. This was the 2nd time i had to call to follow up on my order, which is why i canceled it,i have had the best experiences with other Steers restaurants, but this branch's services are horrible!!!
I ordered through my app on the 29-03-2023 at 17:50. Two hours later I still haven't received my food. Today the 30th I phoned and it was said they will call me back till now nothing. Absolutely poor poor service
The past 2 times I have ordered from this steers, the Pattie’s on the burgers were raw. I am utterly appauled by this steers branch As if once wasn’t enough or considered a one time off thing …no both times raw! I will never support this steers again !
The service was not 2 good. No pink sauce sachets and it took me over 5min to explain that i just wanted a bit of sauce on my chips. The buns were a little stale

UPDATE : 15 July 2020 STILL NO RESPONSE FROM STEERS OR THE OWNERS. ALL I GET IS WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU! ------------------------------- Been waiting since 25 March for my refund as my order was cancelled. Ordered food for delivery as stated by the app and then got told they don't deliver to my area. The staff were very rude regarding the matter too. I had to cancel the order. Requested a refund. After numerous emails and social media requests and I still have not heard anything regarding it.
