I'm sorry but this place is bad. Employees had bad attitude and service slow... like really slow. And the food was bland... Especially the chicken... the slush? Jesus, horrible. I wouldn't recommendFood: 1/5

Steers has good pork ribs but the chicken we had last night was horrible it was just so bland like we had to add our own spices and salt, the chips were soggy in oil

If I'm going to get a fast food burger this is the place to go. The patty actually tastes like real meat and their buns are always fresh. Also their chips are second best on the market. The only reason they don't get five stars is because their prices are a little inflated compared to their competitors but if you go for their wacky Wednesday deal it's a win win.

I ordered from Mr delivery and they got my order wrong. Instead of a leg portion they gave me a small burnt wing portion. My boyfriend got a soggy and cold burger. When I called to tell them what happened and find out how we can solve this the manager makes excuses about it being "whacky Wednesday" no help at all. If the portion I wanted wasn't there why didn't they just call to let me know instead of making the decision for me.

The staff is always friendly. The food and ice cream is great. You'll always see the managers on the floor, helping staff and customers. Beverages are a bit expensive, but Steers Flamwood my favorite in Klerksdorp

Good food, good service, however, I felt unsafe due to a person lurking about. I have been attacked and robbed at Spar years ago and since then I am always vigilent and aware of my surroundings. Actions of this person was definitely suspicious.

Always friendly service and a clean interior. Delivery is always fantastic and food is still hot

The second time I've had to wait an hour for a wacky Wednesday. Definitely won't go to this Steers for a third time. Try the Steers at Shell garage on the N12 for faster, friendlier service

The employees which were on duty when I visited were not courteous at all. Whilst I was waiting for my order, two potential customers entered, however the cashier did not acknowledge them, and they eventually turned around and left. Having gotten home, my order was incorrect - I drove all the way back, entered the outlet with a friendly demeanour, however did not even receive an apology for the error. I would not frequent this establishment, nor recommend it.

Service was good. Food was fresh as always. I love the whacky Wednesday special.  Wheelchair accessibility: The place does have a wheelchair friendly entrance and sitting
