Poor customer service. They will service a person behind you... Only if he's white. If you ask why... Oh he was buying small things. When I asked if she knew what I wanted to buy... No answer. Never buying from that restaurant again

Food is always good and staff is usually friendly. What's most impressive to me is that the wacky Wednesday special is also tasty and fresh, I must mention that because in my hometown Middelburg Mpumalanga it never is because you get old buns and no sauce.

Order here sign but the till is out of order so you will stand in that queue forever en then have to realise by yourself you have to stand in the collect queue to order food. Bad service. Took very long to get my food. Had to ask for the food after the order was placed.

Steers' delivery service is always very good! My favourite burger is the new Ribster burger and their chips is ALWAYS a winner. Never had a back Steers chip.

Great space to get some fresh air and it has a perfect view. Employees are friendly. Vegetarian options: The steers menu has vegetarian options.

Literally just bought 4 Rave burger meals and it was terrible. The chips was so orange and oily, sure the oil that was used was weeks old. The burger wasn't even hot and not as great as I know it should be. Wouldn't stop there again.

Steers food never disappoints, and the Malelane branch lives up to usual expectations. Usually the place is not too busy, and service is friendly and generally efficient. If it had to get very busy, you might expect to sit and wait for a while for your order. But I've never had to sit waiting too long myself. An added bonus is the Fishaways just next door, in case burgers isn't the preferred option for other members of the family or group.
