The receptionists are very rude and disrespectful. One of them remarked that I "talk too loud" when I came for my appointment. Which is very unprofessional. I got a blood test done here and the nurse didn't sanitize before or after prickling my skin with a needle which is very dangerous and medical malpractice. Awful place to be!
The staff is generally very friendly and efficient. The doctors take the time to provide thorough diagnosis and are very willing to do follow-up appointments to ensure you're healing well. The receptionists have a good grasp of medical aid procedures what is and isn't covered, which eases your admin worries.
The staff here are highly incompetent with their work. I have witnessed countless amounts of disrespectful doctors, during my visits, and they even mis-diagnose proudly. Disappointing. You want to waste your money? Go here!
Horrible the way they conduct business. I will be making an official complaint. They need to be helpful to us students not add on to our stress.
