Great service once again. What I like about this team the most is that they try and locate the problem first instead of blindly replacing parts which can become costly! Wanted to get a quote to repair my aircon through my car's mechanical warranty. They scanned my service book to send to my warranty for approval. The quotation was too high for me to afford along with my warranty so I had to take my car to another place. They LOST my vehicle's service book. After asking them where my service book was they said they never take service books out the vehicles which was a lie because they were the last to take the service book out and scan it! They said they don't have the service book and there is nothing else they can do. Absolutely disgusting service would never go to that place ever again...
I had to book my car in for a quick repair. Had an oil leak and a snapped serpentine belt. Car was fixed for less than their original quote. And ready the same day. Will definitely use them again.
Booked an appointment for service for one of my cars from my dealership. Did not take car in due to an unforeseen emergency. Wayne from Steves Auto Clinic called and was upset about me not cancelling appointment. He was rude and had no empathy. I wont be taking my cars there ever and wont suggest anyone does. I will also not refer them to my dealer network.
Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and best of all...in touch with reality. Why do I say that? Unlike the OEM, they did not quote me R700 to replace a lightbulb on a 12 year old VW Polo! Highly recommended workshop.
Stefan and his team are very professional and accommodated my request on short notice. They made me aware of a potential leak on my diff oil when I serviced my car earlier this year, and today was a follow up check to determine the oil level. They not only checked the oil level but also topped it up and all within 20mins of me arriving. Back on the road again with peace of mind. Best car service place by far. The Gentlemen working there were very friendly and professional. I was very impressed that they ordered me an uber to take me back home after i dropped of my vehicle, i did not expect that as my previous car service guys never did that. Also communication before and after the service was done was spot on. Will definitely be going back for future car assistance.

Excellent service, over and above ... reliable, fair pricing and very interactive - worth every cent ... Been back for an emergency clutch job at SAC Kyalami, and WOW, what GREAT service - Job done in an afternoon, and car dropped off again. Be weary of what they quote you... I took my Hilux D4D in for possible turbo damage or remapping issue. They requested to remove the head as they found oil in the water system. I said I was aware of it, however it had been there a while, and I wasn't loosing any oil, nor was there any overheating issues. They suggested they remove the head, against my better judgement I gave them the go ahead. A few minutes later I received a quote for R120 000! For a full engine recon! New turbo, new radiator, new injectors the lot! Needless to say we took the vehicle away from them after some backwards and forwards commentary. Vehicle at a Hilux specialist now, nothing wrong with the radiator, injectors are fine, the turbo has blown and needs replacing. But because the vehicles engine bay was left open for a little over a week there is signs of rust. So Now I have to recon the engine...! But fortunately at a fraction of the quote from Steve's Auto Clinic...
