What started as a roller coaster ride, with a few more downs than ups, ended in a very positive experience Initially i gave a 1 star rating, but to their credit the management, especially Brett, went far out of their way to find a workable solution i would very highly recommend the product which is exceptional, i would also strongly recommend you view the actual product on their display wall before deciding on your final choice of colour or style
Not only is their cladding of really good quality and style, but the people are professional and everything during the process is handled with precision. I have purchased from there a few times and would not go anywhere else. Really happy with our results.
This space is one of the best merchandised spaces I’ve seen. The product is on display and well presented. The attention to detail is par excellence. The staff member who serviced us knows the product very well, to top it all up she helped me unlearn my stereotypes about construction being linked to men. The lady at Creative Stone who serviced us is amazing, understand the product very well, gave us ideas and advise on what to do and what not to do. She was also open about what their stones can do and can’t do and even offered other places we could go to to compare quality and price. I learnt a lot about the stones and also got my ignorance reduced for no one can kill your prejudice if you don’t kill your ignorance. Women too when given an opportunity can excel in all fields. Thanks for the education.
