Apologies for not adding a comment.  The process was seamless and the facility in tip top shape. Kea, who assisted me was great from first phone call to the day of delivery. Please comp her a lunch or spa voucher.

Helpful staff, super clean business, easy access to highway.

Vernon, the store manager has been great. The facility is very clean, neat and safe and they have various size self storage options available on a month to month lease basis. The available trolleys are also very useful to move your stuff.

My situation was a unique one but Kea went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I received excellent service regardless. I would definitely be interested recommend Stor-Age Johannesburg City to anyone who's looking for a solid storage experience.

Wow!!! What a friendly staff.!!! Was so proud of the place . The place is so neat and well secured . They could even help me taking my furniture in .  T andCs  well explained  to me . My furniture is so safe there.You won't regret putting your things there.

This storage facility is the best I've seen. Incredibly clean and neat. Completely secure access. I felt totally safe, as a woman there alone. And the staff are helpful and professional. Highly recommended.
