Unfortunately, the service and facilities at Stor-age are disappointing considering the amount paid monthly. It’s difficult to get hold of anyone even in head office, the lady appointed to this storage is not interested in being helpful in any manner. The roads leading to this storage are gravel which are dreadful to commute on. I would advise you anyone considering using this storage to not bother it’s not worth it.
Kept my things there for 5 months, friendly staff, I didn't experience any problems. It is safe and convinient.
Thank you Lee for always being there whenever we needed you. Yes, the road to the storage is a little bit bumpy, but if you know your vehicle it will be easy. Other than the road, the facility is very clean and very well secured. The staff is always very welcoming and are more than willing to help with anything you need. Thank you Lee for the awesome service.
I can't change my review, you guys are still the best......Best service ever. Communication is top notch. All questions are answered in a professional manner. Safety and security of items in storage are guaranteed. The units are 100% clean, ready to populate. Access to the premises is easy. Products such as locks, transport etc are available without waiting. Invoices are received monthly and on time. The administration is excellent. We have used the facility for the last 5 years. Very neat and clean. The staff is excellent. I have had interactions with Lee and it has always been a very polite, friendly and helpful experience. However, the access road is a huge problem, which is not the fault of Stor-Age. This is the main reason I am leaving. I suggest you take the matter of the bad road to the council, with your co-business partners in the vicinity, maybe you have already. You are going to lose more clients as a result of the access road. Good luck. Chris Schutte.
HI, the service was exceptional from the day I was transferred by the call centre to Lee at the Pretoria West Storage. i had to travel from Witbank to Pretoria with my furniture that is 1 hour 30min drive, it was raining on the way, somehow i had fear of being turned back upon my arrival in Pretoria. I met Lee and he made everything easy with a lovey personality along with the bicycle gentleman that showed me the unit number, i can access my furniture anytime i need it. i am indeed a happy client :
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful which made my move so much more comfortable. Also the manager, Lee, was considerate and helpful throughout the whole process. He really listened to what our needs were and really went above and beyond while we enjoyed a cup off coffee. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much simpler. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing space in their lives.
For the past 3 years we have walked this journey with Stor - Age and have never had any hassles with the safety of our valuables. When ever we need assistance we are always assisted with ease. The Stor - Age is a clean and well maintained environment. We are comfortable to still store our valuables here. Professionalism at its best
My experience with Lee was outstanding. He made every effort to accommodate me on sort notice. Lee went out of his way to work out a package to suit my financial criteria. Lee has an understanding of peoples needs and goes beyond his line of duty to make things happen..
Due to certain reasons I have been with Stor-age Pretoria West for many years. The service is absolutely excellent. Always friendly and helpful. Even when moving between units was no issue.
