Bad service. Website says they close at 5 and after arriving at ten to 4, we are told that they close at 4. Ladies in the office refused to serve us for the simple reasoning that they wanted to go home. Over and above that, we rented a space previously and our deposit was not returned even though we tried calling multiple times.

Things to know up front: 1. You need to give 14 days notice when wanting to cancel storage. 2. The lock they give you is yours. You need to remove it on or before then14 days notice is up, else they just keep charging you regardless of the fact you have cancelled. Reception staff quite aggressive when it comes payment issues. Get your gloves on.

Excellent security, 24hour access, staff always alert and ready to assist. I was badly affected by the Covid lock down and André was most understanding and fair when a lot of business owners were not. Thank you André

Friendly staff. Secure lock-up. Cheaper than some alternatives. Navigating the drainage channels is sometimes a little tricky.

Didn't "loved it" but it's relatively reasonably priced. Staff are obliging and units dust and pest free.
