Had our dining table and bench delivered today, and we are so pleased with the quality of it! We absolutely love our new dining table, and will highly recommend Paul to our family and friends. Thanks again Paul, you have done a fab job!
Incredibly disappointing service, avoid if you want to be treated with respect. After being a repeat customer of Paul, spending over £5k, he became completely uncontactable. After months of the same promises to come back to me, that he’d send me a quote that evening, the table would be ready in 2 weeks, that they were just coming out of a busy period, Paul has completely failed to deliver. We’ve had an empty meeting room for months in our office and one of their tables still with scratches on from delivery despite multiple promises to send someone back out to sand the table down. As I said to Paul he’s yet to reply to me, I’ve never had to battle this hard to give someone money and have counted over 10 separate promises that they would to deliver and been let down every time.
Amazing quality table, very cheap for the quality and size and prices at competitors. Delivery was quicker than the 4-6 weeks initially advised when ordering. Would 100% reccomend and will be using this company again in future. Special thanks to Paul for being reachable and handling delivery updates when the offical business number wasnt available. Only feedback would be to answer the business phone and respond to email queries as without Paul I would have had no way to contact and receive updates.
Initial dealings were great, received item within time frame expected. Subsequent issue was not dealt with, given several dates that someone would come to my home to replace table top but cancelled/no show. Sorted the issue my self in the end with help of a friend. Disappointed with the later service would not recommend sadly due to that.
Lovely table but delivery was a lot longer than expected without any prior communication from Storm Interiors. I also paid extra to have the table oiled but this was not done, and if it was it was done poorly as it didn't protect the table.
Is this business even running? We ordered a shelf 10 weeks ago but haven’t had any contact. 2 emails, WhatsApp message and numerous phone calls to the company and I’m still yet to speak to someone. Please can someone contact me as soon as possible.
Put my order in over 2 months ago, nothing but a confirmation email since, emailed several times to no response, tried to call, no response, was looking forward to our table and now all we've got is disappointment. Be wary ordering from here, good chance you won't receive anything.
Ordered and paid in November, received confirmation email and given a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. Now sat in February, after several attempts to speak to someone via email, Facebook, multiple calls and still nothing! You can’t take people’s money and not supply them with their order, and worse still don’t even speak to them about what is happening!
Wow- what a fantastic independent company. We were recommended to use these guys for a dining room table and bench and we cannot rate them enough, the quality of the product is faultless. We were looking for a long and comparatively narrow dining room table and Storm Interiors very kindly did us a bespoke order which fits perfectly in the space. From order to delivery it was 3 weeks, the customer service could not have been better and Luke who delivered the item was really helpful in giving us top tips on how to keep our table looking at its best. We will be telling everyone about these guys and keep them in mind for future furniture bits.
Ordering and delivery was great, the guy who delivered stayed and put it up for me which was super helpful and he was really pleasant which was nice.. however since then I lifted it and moved it a few metres with the support of someone else and my table has wobbled, in fact shook since, I cannot carve into my food or lean any weight on the table for fear something will move/shake/fall over. I have emailed twice regarding this and have yet to receive a reply. So as lovely as it looks from a distance it has no use as a dining table due to how unstable the legs are.
