I order weekly from Strandfoam East - the accounts lady Susan does not know how to speak to clients or let alone offer any customer service. She yelled at me over the phone upon me telling her I did not receive any email from her, as a regular client I am two minds about ever ordering again and would strongly suggest the owners or managers of this branch look at improving on customer service.

Received excellent service from Aletha at the Rosslyn branch. Well done Aletha, it’s really a rare commodity these days.
