I will continue to recommend the services provided by strands as I have never had a complaint, they are efficient as well as excellent at what they do, they are also friendly as well as affordable, I commend the service and I do recommend this place as they cater for all individuals, the best part about this store is that they accept payment via card as well.

The lady that did my hair was a real sweet heart, a people's person. Although what I wanted was more expensive she advised me otherwise which worked out cheaper and was an healthier option for my hair. Sadly when I got home I discovered lots of my hair was still grey. Aadhir on the other hand is a super star.

Great job on my hair cut

The place is filthy. The treatment room and the bed itself was a mess. The wax was cold and obviously poorly done. No sort of customer service whatsoever. Even expressing of my concerns and dissatisfaction fell on deaf ears.

1st experience not good as the barber couldn't shave me properly and cut me . second experience trying them again . another barber couldn't shave straight lines . messed my hair up.

Jameel is tops.... remembers his customers well and gives great service. Extra precautions taken for COVID.

Made a appointment with Molly but the lady that took down the message did not deliver was extremely disappointed everyone is on their own buzz no reception poor service!
