Simon, the plumber did the work efficiently Well done!
These plumbers charge rip-off prices! I got them out for a burst geyser at a rental property on a Sunday. They told me that I would need to pay upfront, so the job could be scheduled ASAP, although they were fully booked on the Monday. I was told that I would get a call on the Monday morning to confirm when they would install the new geyser. They never phoned me to confirm. On the Monday, I obtained another quote which was R3800 less than they had quoted me, but they had already gone ahead and installed the geyser. They refused to refund me, and also refused to provide me with an itemised invoice.
Always had good service apart from one instance where a staff member with a bad attitude in the past2019. Would recommend this company as the work is good and the staff is always professional.
Fast and efficient service and reasonable prices, 10/10 would call them again if I have a problem
