On special request, venues can also be used for conferences and business meetings.
We only supply Tables & Chairs along with the venue (use of restrooms automatically included)
Additional add-ons that you can requests @ a reasonably additional fee:
Sound System (only speakers & amp included. does not include dj)
Data Projector (only projector and fixed white backdrop included)
Braaier (wood/charcoal not included)
Dance Entertainment & or Workshops for you guests.
We do not have any kitchen facilities on site available to guests.
Strict Rules & Regulations are implemented due to the fact that we are still in a residential area:
No smoking on the premises - not even in the parking area
Sound Levels of music are limited - by discretion of manager
Cut of time for all functions is 10pm
Any and all damages to any of the property on the premises will be the responsibility of the organizer of the event to replace at full value of the previous item, within 7 working days of incident, by approval of the manager.
