I am not a person to complain about other businesses on platforms, but when I saw all the reviews and I had the very same problem it is clear that there is a big problem here and they are to proud to make changes that could only benefit their business. Worst customer service ever, I have supported their business on numerous of occasions, their pants are affordable and yes there are some pants that have factory issues like the badges that keep falling off but irregardless of this I have been an content client to take my pants in for a tailor to have the badge put back on my jeans. the high staff rotation in this business says a lot already the staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and rude/ they are just so unhappy. I have recommended all my friends to them but not anymore the staff as well as the Manager/owner is arrogant and the service is so bad. I have never experienced customer service like this ever in my life before. I am definitely not going to recommend this brand to anyone ever again. They blamed me for washing the one pants out of the two I ordered when I was so happy with the other pair just the one pair was a bit to big. They will soon learn that the customer is always right. Good luck on the future Curvify it really looks bright for you guys and also please don’t even bother to make a comment on this because you are just wasting your time struggling to accept customer reviews which should only benefit and you wanting to improve your business instead all your feedbacks are defensive and not acknowledging that there is clearly a problem when it comes to customer service. I love my pants. I bought my first 2 pairs back in 2019 with the "special" and I fell in love. Back then I ordered the M , I only hand wash them and air dry and they look still as brand new. Back in last year 2022 I bought the spandex mid waist, the sizes did change a bit and the quality of the spandex is absolutely amazing. If unsure rather ask or if big built and between sizes rather size up. It will fit perfectly I ordered the spandex in M but it teared a little at the pocket as it was a bit tight, definitely look at the sizing guide. My most recent is the high waist blue jeans white stitch and the light grey yoga pants which I now ordered in a L it fits perfectly and am so inlove with them. I only hand wash with soapy water and leave to air dry this protects the technical fabrics. I am happy with the client service as I have asked multiple times on sizing advice and only received the most friendly response. I also love the addition to your business which lets us use payflex or payjustnow, as I can now afford to add to my collection
Curvify Jeans terrible service. I wont ever buy here again! I usually buy from shapewear shop and thought i would give curvify jeans a chance! Bad decision. I bought a black spandex and after 1 wear it has stretched. Thinking i would phone to advise them of this and seeing it happend aftet 1 wash and washing it as u are supposed to thia should not happen. Curvify jeans are unwilling to assist! @shapewear shop sa has always given me great service, will most definitely never go with @curvify jeans ever again or recommend ot to anyone!
First two fotos are when I recieved the pants. Last 3 are after 1st wash. Very disappointed. I was offered to courier the pants on my expenses back and their seamstress will fix it. No thank you curvify. I will rather stick with shapewear shop in future. My trousers I purchased 2 years ago are still perfect and their after sales is definitely better. I contacted curvify the day I recieved my trousers and still you didn't offer me a refund..... I am very upset and your service is very poor. I will never recommend you to anyone. Like i said, i am a size 10 trousers, and i ordered a large from your shop. They aren't as tight on me as the models on your website. Your quality is bad and your service is bad. You don't even deserve the one star I am forced to select to leave a review.

Terrible service from front staff to owner/ manager. Bought my wife 2 pairs of jeans for black Friday deal. Had to call to ask about my in store pick up? We weren't happy with a pair that we recieved and went straight back the next day in order to change the pants. Got accused by the front desk staff that these jeans are old and in a terrible way , how could we return them in that state? . After calling the owner all you could hear was her shouting on the phone about us coming in for an exchange. Definitely don't recommend them , should have stuck to shape wear like advised.
Don’t buy from this company you’ll never get to exchange anything, To Exchange the tags Must be attached to the pants. First time in my life I heard about this nonsense. The tag was with the packaging I just removed it so I can fit it. To much warning sign here, material is very thin. Do yourself a favor and pass. Not to mention the attitude of the Store staff.
Bought these jeans back in 2019 and absolutely loved them, the fit and the quality were great. Ordered again recently and found that the actual jeans are a completely different fit even though I ordered the same size. The colour wasn't the same either. Perhaps you have a new supplier but I definitely prefer the older jeans I had purchased.
What a waste of money. If there was a zero star option, I would pick that. Bad quality and very very bad aftersales and customer etiquette. Buttons and badges came off after 1st wash. Pockets and seams pulling apart. Holes in pants by seams after wearing once or twice. Upon bringing this to their attention, we received either rude or sarcastic replies. Implications that we bought the wrong size, too small, that the pants are too tight on us, but we followed her sizing chart to the T. We also own several pairs of similar pants or even the same brand and never had these issues before. We tried to be polite and even send photos of the damages and photos showing the pants are not too tight...but she was just down righ rude and full of nonsense excuses. Ladies please dont waste your money at Curvify, there is plenty other stores with better quality and service. Their reurn policy is also against the consumer act guidelines. This also happened to a friend of mine. Do your homework and see all the bad reviews regarding Curvify, don't make the same mistakes we made. Buy somewhere else.
