It doesn't indicate on the door what time they open like I have Been waiting here for one hour thirty minutes.....it bad

Was looking for a decorations for 21st. Was so surprised at how much stuff they had. Was not my 1st time there but did not realize how much they really have. Only disappointment is they close for an hour for lunch and on Friday for 2hours... little bit frustrating if you have a lot to do and need to sit around and wait or are being hurried so they can close for lunch. So plan around their lunch.

This outlet is the only one where all bakers go to for their supplies in the vaal. It offers all baking supplies you could ever need and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The owners are always willing to assist whenever they can. It's a great store for bakers for sure.

Big variety of baking goods available. Sprinkles, cake pans, icing, packaging, party decor, party packages. Gift boxes. Food coloring. Spices. Cake toppers. Cup cake holders. Cup cake toppers. Wedding cake decor. Wedding cake knives. Wedding glasses bride/groom. Baking chocolate. Individual packaged salt/pepper.

Struggle to get service, ladies on floor just shrug shoulders. Don't know if they don't know or simply don't care. When I asked them if I could order something, they just kept talking to each other, ignoring me.

Poor service. Products like cookie cutters and cake bords are always dusty. They are also never on time. To be frank, it's always a horrible shopping experience. It's a real shame they have monopoly in vereeniging.

Never open on time. Always 20-30min late.

Helpful and well stocked but NEVER opens at 9 am. So, when in a hurry go somewhere else.
