Wonderful venue! We had a lovely party for our son’s first birthday! We loved the set up of the venue with the small kitchen, stoep area, and great garden space for kids to play. Conveniently just off the main road so very accessible for guests. Enough parking. Lizelle is an excellent hand for balloon arches and decor hire and any party advice, she’s also all round awesome person to work with. We highly recommend Suikerbekkie Venue to others.
Fabulous Venue for kids and adults alike. We hosted our Cobra Car Club year end function here and everything went off without a hitch. Everything was neat and clean, with ample parking and a great setting just out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but not too far out to be inconvenient.
We had a 1st Birthday party at this venue, and overall disappointed with the state of the venue, with no running tap water in the bathrooms, or actual fence surrounding the immediate lawn area-in close vicinity of stagnant pooled water in the background. The owner/Coordinator was friendly at first telephonically, but in person on the day very unpleasant to deal with and took offense to any communication with regards to items discussed that were out of sorts or requests that were overlooked. the day did leave us a bit embarrassed with friends and family, as a major request was overlooked, and some items were severely lacking in quality or detail as per pictures or as discussed. the overall experience was not bad, but the time frame's offered are not really realistic with the amount of work that is required to obtain a presentable party at this venue, with both catered for option or self catering.
Was here the 2nd time. This time was for a kids birthday party and it was great!!! Private area so the kids are safely “contained”. Big braai pit in the middle. Huge sandpit and jungle gym. Soft play items and jumping castle optional. Loved it.

Appropriate facilities for braais picknicks and parties. Nice environment and security. Close to city. Can be recommended.
Beautiful natural setting. Great to spend a day outdoors.
