Measure Yourself
Chest-Measure around the fullest part of the chest, up under arms and around shoulder blades.
Arm Length-Measure from the top of the shoulder, down the outside of the arm to just beyond the wrist.
Waist-Measure either around the natural waistline, or around the waist where one normally wears their trousers[can vary from person to person.
Outside leg-Measure from the top of the belt, down the outside of the leg to the floor or desired length.
Inside leg-Measure from the top of the crotch, down the inside of the leg to the floor or desired length.
Neck-Measure around the base of neck, allowing for enough comfort.
