The children are given the opportunity to explore language through role-play, drama and a variety of phonics-based work. This is very important for a child’s language and social development.
NUMERACY:
We aim to develop a love of mathematics by providing the children with the opportunity to explore numbers through games, problem solving and investigations. They will learn about numbers through a variety of number rhymes and songs. We enhance their mathematical concept of shapes and measurement through own exploration.

Assessments will be conducted on a regular basis and twice a year a written report will be provided for your information. Parents evening will also be available for you to be fully aware of the progress of your child.
