SUMP was established in Springs in 1978. From small, humble beginnings, with a staff compliment of 6 to a well established & well known South African concern with a staff compliment of 60. We are a family owned business we can proudly say that the 2nd generation is well established in the management & administration of the business.
Our sales team look forward to meeting you & assisting you with finding the most cost effective way to repair your vehicle, whether it’s a part that needs replacing or accident damage. They will also assist in finding 'that hard to find' part. We pride ourselves in our extensive knowledge of the inner workings of all motor vehicles, LDVs, 4x4's and mini buses.

The extensive size of our yard makes it a one-stop-shop for all makes of used parts.
As a service to our customers we also supply replacement parts.
We are one of the largest passenger motor vehicle scrapyards in SA. Our in-house training of all our staff gives you, the customer the benefit of years of extensive knowledge in one place. Our customers are from all sectors: from individuals who wish to repair their vehicles themselves, buyers from other scrapyards, panel beaters, workshops, spare part resellers in South Africa and in Africa.
