Poor customer service! I was not even acknowledged by 1 of the 3 gentlemen at the counter instead 2 where trying to help one customer, and the 3rd didn't approach me. I would understand if your store was busy at that time but it was notonly me and 1 other customer in store. All i expected was one of them to kindly ask me to wait patiently until served, but i was made to wait in silence without not one of them acknowledging i was even in the store. You lost a customer and i will not recommend you to anyone.
Just googled and called to enquire about the brakes for my car and then visited the place today. The person named Van assisted me in every possible manner and answering all my numerous questions arounds the brakes, quality and many other things. Got the disc and brake pads replaced then and there and everything in one go.
For the best service, ask for Lawrence! What a delight, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable!! Will only deal with him in future. I replaced my break pads for R1300 less than my dealership!! So glad i get my goods from sun!!!
