Sun Square Hotel Montecasino Johannesburg

One of my favourite hotels to stay in internationally. The rooms are always immaculate, the beds incredibly comfortable and all their staff are super friendly. The thing I love most about The Piazza is their food literally the best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel. They always have a huge variety, and it’s fresh.

Clean rooms, friendly service and satisfying breakfast! The location is perfect, as you can walk right into Montecasino, where you have a huge variety of eateries. Well priced too! My new preferred hotel when in Johannesburg.Rooms: 4/5

Was first given a room that was on the main road and noisy. Moved to another room on 3rd floor but could hear people walking around above me and lots of plumbing noises. There are no USB ports next to bed to charge phone and only port is on the TV. For the price one pays, they should have proper USB ports. The room is quite small but it was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options. Nearby activities: Lots to do at Monte Casino.

Beautiful room. Very comfortable and clean. We stayed overnight after enjoying dinner and going to see "We will Rock you". Lovely breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms: Beautiful clean rooms. Spacious enough that you are not in each others hair! Nearby activities: Inside Montecasino. So there is really enough restaurants, a casino, theaters and an arcade to keep you busy. Walkability: On the plaza at Montecasino. Food & drinks: Really, really wide variety of restaurants.

We have. Dell function on the premises. I loved the bar area and the food that was prepared. The venue itself lends it to functions such as the one I attended. The personnel was friendly and knew how to keep the patrons happy

The hotel is nice and clean. It's good value for money and you can't hear noise from the other rooms which often happens at other hotels. I am just amazed that only 1 small bottle of water is provided for 2 persons per day.Rooms: 4/5

I enjoyed my stay here earlier in the year, beautiful comfortable rooms. And the service is excellent . I had to come back.

Went there to collect guest, I don't know inside, but parking for collections and drop off guest is well planned.
