The best dog hotel my dog has ever been to! She has only been once and she made a friend, absolutely loved it. Before hand, my dog had gone to The cosy pets hotel HORRIBLE they treated my dog horribly as she was scared and timid where she is so small. Best decision ever was switching to this hotel! I highly recommend! My sweet baby is already booked in for next year along with her new sister! I just love these kennels! Very professional and kind. And great customer service! :

Collected my daughter in law and son's dog after his stay. Friendly staff clean kennels and a happy dog .

Was a bit dubious as been a while since Lilly & Luca had been in kennels but as soon as I dropped them off I knew they were in good hands , the welcome was really good . I dropped the dogs off into there kennel so could see there living accommodation, clean and well laid out . Over all very impressed, dogs came home happy and content , already booked for next holiday

It was the first time I've needed to use a boarding kennel and I must say Sunrise boarding kennels are amazing! Lovely clean kennels with plenty of outside space where he was walked 3 times a day. I picked my dog up after a 3 day stay and he seemed to love it. No problem at all with this kennel! Top marks for me and will not hesitate to use again if the need arrises. 10 out of 10

Just got our Lhasa Apso who's only 10 months old back yesterday after 6 days away and this was the first time he has boarded at Sunrise. What a wonderful professional and caring place to leave our little boy! The facilities are new and spotlessly clean. It was totally clear how well he's been looked after by people who obviously care about their guests completely different from the last time he boarded at kennels elsewhere - the difference in his demeanour and condition being huge. His behaviour is completely normal from the moment we collected him so we know he was fine. Thanks a lot to Sunrise for looking after him! You are now his designated holiday home!!
