Sunrise Laundromat

I have used the laundromat three times over the past two months. The first time most of my white clothing was received back looking dirty and brownish. When going the second time I complained. The staff were friendly, apologised and said they would double check my white clothing.This time the whites were better. The third time, I did not think that I would have to ask to have my white clothing double checked again. The whites were even worse than the last time, including new shirts and vests worn once without a single stain previously on them. I also received someone else’s clothing on two occasions. Needless to say, I will not be taking my laundry for another round…

[0 STAR] This is the lowest of services you can get. Our 2 Blankets + duvet got accepted, then one blanket got declined next day. Poor excuse was it has pet hair. Previous times no problems. After 3 days no SMS, no calls. Phoned but phone doesnt work/off. Went in person to see what is going on only to find our property is on the floor discarded and nothing was washed without any notifications to pick it up. The manager/owner does not answer. STAY AWAY as your property will be neglected and time wasted. Another laundry was willing to quickly help, make sure you bring clean items for washing to avoid issues.

The best service and friendliest staff, highly recommend.
