Right can we just be serious. The views are amazing however the bedrooms are below par- there are no headboards, the showers don't drain, the floors are so dirty there was an acrylic nail left over from a previous guest. The pool- the one was clean the other one was dirt. The kitchen- stove didn't work asked them to assist and when they did the staff didn't connect the gas properly so we actually could've died. We had booked a house however the common area to OUR house had no security and anyone could enter. There was no hot water on the second day. Very strange place to stay and looks nothing like the pictures. Also promised us a refund for a room and at check out SUDDENLY the refund didn't exist. Horrible customer experiance.
Worst experience of my LIFE! Disgusting, dirty place. Bugs everywhere. The pools haven't been cleaned in years and there is no access to food or drinks or anything. The closest shop is 10 minutes away in a cab. My only neighbor was a working prostitute that had men constantly in and out of her room. It was literally the worst hotel experience of my life. I booked for a week and left as early as possible after two nights. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Unfriendly staff. They made us feel So unwelcome both day and night staff.we were offered a 2 bedroom room while we booked for one room with one bed. The room was very dirty with very old stained linen, peeling walls, dirty bathroom and surroundings . It looked like the room was last cleaned about a month ago. We had to complain about the room and we were given a better room wich had very dirty base covers. This place should not be advertised on bookings. Com.ohhh my goodness the large creepy cats not to mention the dirty swimming pools. The place needs serious maintainance. The yard is very dirty. You can't even sit outside on their chairs. I would not recommend the place to anyone.
Disgusting! Dirty! Very dissapointing. Looks nothing like the pictures advertised. Standard tv. Loud noises in the kitchen people working here makes it feel like a rural area. No wifi as advertised. Overpriced!!! I will never be back! Needless to say I checked out almost immediately. This place must not be advertised or supported. Apparently the owner knows about all the complaints but still continue false advertising. He is never on the premises and just pockets the money. Wonder if he even pays the staff???
That place needs a serious revamp everything is old
The staff were rude and unhelpful! I was suppose to stay 3 nights and checked out after one night. The shower had mold in it. The airconditioner was leaking, I reported the problem during the night and was told to turn off the aircon. The room does not have the amenities that the advert specifies. No DSTV, no Sofa, no trousers press, etc. The entire facility is run down and dilapidated! I asked for a refund of my last two nights and have been sent on a wild round trip avoidance scheme. Do not waste your money here.
I read the reviews of this place after I had booked it, everything said about it is true! It kinda reminds me the horror movie wrong turn, it was someone's idea of a business that went horribly wrong, I unfortunately booked for two night and I am disturbed by the thought of night 2, the room I am in smells of dust, the mirror in the room has white spatters on it, there is no wardrobe, the hot water in the shower comes out for a whole of 2 seconds, there are water pipes running through my room so every time someone takes a shower I can hear water passing through, the things used to hang face cloths and towels are moldy, there is no Wi-Fi, it's just horrible, the tv only played 5 channels and the whole place just has a smell about it
Horrible!!! The place looks nothing like what's shown on the pictures. The room we initially booked was given away & that wasn't communicated. We had to find another place at last minutes and they refused to refund us. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!! THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND HORRID!!Rooms: 1/5
Fantastic location and lots if character but..... badly maintained. Leaking taps, broken stove, damaged light switches and..... the worst is we stayed in the same unit a year ago and ecactly the same problems were present then and now!!!!
It's really cozy they make you feel at home first before any T's and c's or paying the remaining amount they make sure you are comfortable first. The place is safe they have nice clean rooms we couldn't have stayed better and feel so much at home away from home . Great stay this December
