Wanted to get my car serviced at your shop since you’re RMI approved with my service plan and because you are close and convenient. I spoke to Allan and everything went well. He asked me for an email address as to where to send the necessary things to after I told him who I have a service plan with. I called them first then called Allan back explaining to him that he would need to call them first instead of just sending an email. I gave him the contact number. There ended up being some miscommunication and I called my policy. After all the back and forth, I then took my car to Allan for him to take pictures of what he needed. He then needed to call them which is what I told him. He insisted he will email the pics to me to send off to the provider. After reminding him to send the pics I again called the provider and they explained to me again as I told Allan that Supaquick needs to make contact with them and not me. I called Allan again explaining this to him again and then he said he won’t have time today or tomorrow and that he waits long on the phone. Needless to say, I still haven’t heard back from Allan which is more than a week later since my first call and email was on the 26 June to Supaquick. Instead of wasting everybody’s time, he could have just said he doesn’t want to assist me and that I should go elsewhere which is what I ended up doing without any hassles. All I did was drop my car and collect same day after it was done. If you’re offering a service, I’d suggest you do better especially since I am a first time customer and I probably would have come back but I won’t even recommend anybody.
I waited 2hrs for a simple puncture to be fixed! Something I could've had fixed on the side of Road but instead I opted for the "Supa quick" experience that was nothing but a drag. They have no customer service etiquette as I was completely non existent as I patiently waited. I will not return back there, no recommend this place!
The service rendered was great especially the friendly and attentive to ones problem guy infront by the name Allen. He was so helpful and saw to my problem that was caused by another Supaquick branch. Keep up the good work Allen.

My handbrake was not working so I asked the guy at the counter what is the cost of fixing my handbrake and he said it will be R100. I gave him a go ahead. They did a brilliant job and fixed my handbrake. I went to to do the payment and the guy that was working on my car told me that I must pay R400. There was a bit of argument between the guy at the counter and the guy that fixed my car eventually the guy at the counter said I must go and discuss it with the guy that worked on my car and negotiate with him. I eventually paid R200 to the guy that fixed the car and I did not even get a receipt. I am happy to pay for a good service but I felt like there is corruption taking place there.
