I love this place, it's a great spot for party and event planners. Florist also. The staff is very friendly. Nandi and the dark tall gentleman helped me pack my car. I don't remember all their names. But the shop service is generally very warm. They have unique vases. Or flower pots. Their duck tape is also very cheap.

Selection of items to buy was mediocre and prices too. As a retailer I was offered a very low discount whilst other retailers receive a high discounted rate. Was not too impressed. And ultimately expensive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Found the most amazing Christmas decor.

The service here was deplorable. Unable to assist a client on the phone or via email. When visiting the store, well stocked but the staff attitude towards non company clients makes you want to go somewhere else. Staff need alot of training to up their service levels. Disappointed.
