All vehicles can manoeuvre around the area. *secured parking = yes *Wheelchair access = yes *Booking = not necessary *cleanliness = fair *public toilets = Not in-storeavailable 3 shops away *fees/ affordability = Fair *cash/card = both cash and cardbring cash R50 and R2 coins if playing pool *Activities = table gamespool,table soccer, bowling, car karting, adult bar section etc Attractions&highlights= Adult bar next to bowling area is a very nice chilled place you can sit if you like ur beer and whiskey. complements/concerns= the service is great but they don’t always have R2 coins for pool players
Totally disappointed by how the staff treated my two sons I honestly don’t think it’s a good thing to put employees that have hatred towards kids..previous nights we got rushed and chased out and we left out belongings there luckily enough we went back the following morning to claim them I am still asking myself that what could have happened if we didn’t get there on time who was gonna be responsible for them…while my boys were still playing the lady on duty that night decided that she now wants to leave and started turning the power off while the kids are still playing , she was rude, disrespectful and very disrespectful inconsiderate totally a bad employee for the company for the to even take it further to denying our tip before we left and she says she feels like the tip is not from an honest heart and she doesn’t wanna feel like she’s being underrated. We had a meeting with the manager this morning but still she couldn’t listen to her as well… for her to tell her manger that she’s like that and she wouldn’t change for anything is what threw me off the most. The manger went an extra mile to try and accommodate us all her efforts and reconsideration were priceless I must Say and we appreciate that Alot….. as for the rotten stuff members adored that was thee most heartbreaking treatment my kids have ever experienced in a gaming zone , the experienced the most poor service I have never seen before.
I was disappointed. Most of the good games are broken. Little people there and there is nothing good to spend the credits you earned.
Not the biggest or best but kids really enjoyed. I may be biased by the fact that little one snuck phone out of the car and put it in his pocket of course only to lose it and only tell us when we got home. Went back next day to try my luck not expecting to find it. Never been more glad to be wrong - they kept it for me
Only one lane working. No cold drinks for kids. Unhelpful and disappointing
Faulty tenpin bowling mechanism was disapointing. Staff not able or willing to solve the problem. On the posittive side, the arcade was clean and tidy.
This place is decietful. You have to pay a deposit of R20 to get a card to play. But you are not allowed to return the card to get your deposit back. Games very pricey. Not worth it.
They need to really fix their games. Most of the games I tried to play were out of order. And also they need to replace old equipment.
Wonderful place to chill and play arcade games of varying genres. A bowling alley is above and even bumper cars in the corner. A great atmosphere to kill time and have fun while enjoying some friendly competition amongst friends and experiencing the joys of receiving ridiculously funny rewards toys for your time well-spent in their care.
Had to wait about 10 minutes to be helped at the bowling station while the cashier was sitting down near the bar. After reloading my card and waiting more than an hour for the bumper cars to be charged, the man working there simply took the people who were not in line and put them in the cars. On top of that, he disappeared while one car gave us trouble and he only showed up when the time was up. As we tried to explain that one car wasn't working, we were simply ignored. These incidents both happened on Saturday around 4pm.
