The service is terrible, management is rude and they have no clue what customer service is. They treat their employees really bad.

Horrible company be aware that you will pay and not receive service promised and then when you try to get out of a contract they will throw contract clauses in your face while they breach there own contract by not providing service promised a real scam stay away your better of with anyone else

The mannerisms of the staff is putrid to say the least!! Especially at the Rosebank Mall. They have absolutely respect or consideration for customers.

Working for this company is a waste of time, they treat people like animals while paying us peanuts

Current employee..poor bad treating for employees at fourways mall..super care management does not protect us towards their clients..we have been treated as salves..there is no time to go to toilets,there is no time to go to shops even when its your lunch time....even the supervisors are not fit to be supervisors,poor working enviroment,and i will take these matter to labour department

Cleaner at Rustenburg square Capitec branch cleaning with no hand gloves and cleaning water bucket broken, using bear hands to dry the cleaning mob.
