I had the immense pleasure of meeting Nico today for a nice wet shave. Honestly, I can't remember the last time I enjoyed my time at the barber so much! He was very professional, consulted with me first about what I want and he was also friendly throughout the shave by making me feel comfortable, asking questions, and chatting with me with genuine interest. He used hot towels to soften my skin and did a few passes, taking care of me very diligently. I'd highly recommend a wet shave by Nico, and I will definitely be coming back for a haircut too! :Service:&nbsp;Shave

10/10 every time! I’ve been seeing Nico for the past year and a half for my hair and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Friends and co-workers always compliment my hair after I’ve had a fresh cut and I always recommend they see Nico at Legends. Extremely friendly and relaxed environment. Picture an artist working with precision in painting a painting, that was Nico doing my hair. Clean and neat haircut along with a lovely conversation. Happy to have discovered a new place that I can call a regular.

I have been in this amazing barber shop many times and what I really like is the way how Nico let me feel at home. He is a really good and professional barber, very attentive to details. I will be back in future for sure. Definitely one of the best barber in London.

Very terrible customer service, the worker said he just works there he doesn’t care. And he tried to charge me £43 when it said on the sign it’s £28 haircut and wash. They had no razor blade

Nico was absolutely fantastic. This is the first time that I found him at this barber shop, and he was simply great. I got the best hair cut ever and he shaved without irritating my sensitive skin! This is the first time this happens! He took the time to make a perfect hair cut and to design the shape of my moustache, which I really appreciated - when back in the office everyone was making compliments about my new style. He also gave me suggestions on how to avoid irritating my skin when I shave at home... and it's all working well! I'll definitely be back to visit Nico and I would highly recommend him if you like perfection! Good job!

I don't think I've ever had a haircut with more apathy. First one in months, too.  He over-ran into my appointment with his prior client whom he allowed to take a long phone call in the chair and then the person after me showed up, so he tried to minimize time spent on me.  Towards the end of my &lt;10 min haircut, I was pointing out spots he had missed, and he was free-handing them with a clipper. He kept pausing each time and asking me if it was fine, and basically pressuring me to end it.  Oh yeah, even in a pandemic, they're unclear why everyone needs a fresh smock. And they use the same brush on everyone without sanitisation. Asking for an outbreak.  I won't be returning here again.

I've been there a few times now, and not once have I been satisfied. Thought I would give them another chance, but I have come out of there regretting my decision. Absolutely terrible quality of barbering. I asked for a specific hairstyle, even showed pictures to give the 'barber' a very good idea of what I wanted. The end result was an absolute shambles. Highly overrated and not worth the premium value, especially when they finish the cut within 10 minutes.  The manager wasn't even around for me to request a refund. The staff obviously don't enjoy working there, as there is a high turnaround in employees.  Luckily I work in central London and can inform others to avoid this 'Barber shop' like the plague. What an absolute disgrace to the barbering craft.

This is the place to cut your hair in London, absolute professionals. Been cutting my hair there for over two years, they make me look great each time in record time. Do you need to cut your beard no problem they will do it spectacular each time. Don't forget to ask for their products and always book in advance.
