Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a young male person. After speaking with him, and giving him my sample, of what I wanted, it could not have been longer that a minute, he went straight to the rack, obtained exactly what I wanted, and returned to me. No fuss, no bother, just plain old 'Service Excellence', placing the customer first, irrespective of how you feel, and having the discipline, to carry it through, the complete sales process, to the end, and naturally, my complete satisfaction. The whole of 'Westonaria' can learn an enormous amount, just by following his example and repeating it daily. Well done. Thank you.

Super 10 is my Nr 1 hardware store. Customer service is excellent! Very friendly and helpful people there, and everything for reasonable prices. Recommend them definitely!

This hardware store may not seem big but it has almost everything one needs. It has high quality items at affordable prices. I highly recommend making a turn there.

Not even one star.....they might be cheaper but the service you get is terrible. I ordered 8 bags concrete cement when i went to load at the back they wanted to load premix. I told them at front by the paypoint maybe you misunderstand me she insisted that she is right i am wrong. I was shocked. Very somber and never friendly service. I never hardly find what i want thats why i prefer going to Mica hardware its a friendly and assistance is always there.

The gentleman inside the store don't know how to talk to people, we know they are the big bosses of the shop but humbleness goes a very long way...

Very helpful staff. Stock most of the stuff i need. Prices very reasonable.

The customers are well treated and well advised. The shop layout is really untidy, more of tidiness could bring more attraction.
