Lucky's got terrible customer service. Took weeks without responding and when I called back, he told me he decided he wouldn't entertain my quote because I hadn't mentioned 1 detail - the colours. He then proceeded to promise me to respond the following day, and after he didn't, within 5 minutes and still hasn't.
Bad service from Lucky, ordered 17 jackets 18April still waiting for a reply.
Absolutely shocking service from lucky, it takes 2 weeks+ for a response "if you are lucky enough to get one" rather buy from Johnsons and get your own branding done, you will pay more but at least it gets done
