The worst service I have ever recieved from a travel agent. Avoid at all costs!!!! We sent all our travel information to Liza on thursday and confirmed the quote the following morning. Flight required documents were sent same day with the visa required information sent over the weekend. When enquiring on tuesday 5 days after confirmation all we recieved was a very bad attitude from the owner/ director Liza, saying that she is tremendously busy with clients and she does not have timeAs if i am not one aswel. Upon a deepdive into the real issue, we found the nothing was done or booked, and the flight costs where R10k more expensive. Responce we recieved was, "Well thats how it is..." Ended up going to different agent, who went above and beyond to get us out of the mess that Liza, the owner and Director of the Business put us in....
