Not happy at all, besides the admin lady taking days to respond to emails she did not inform me of the fact that the small storage unit I required is not inside sure store facility itself, but instead in an easily accessible complex that anyone can access! This is a both a huge security risk and an inconvenience of having to contact someone to simply open a door to access my storage unit. Upon calling Monique she to complain about the matter and lack of communication she simply giggled telling me that she doesn't know what to tell me and instead offers me a bigger unit inside the proper facility at double the price! Treat your customer's right and don't leave out vital information!
We have had our goods in storage for almost 2 years. Security is very good. Staff are very helpful & friendly. There is now also a shop on the premises where you can buy whatever you need. Open from 7 or 8 am until 10 pm daily.
Very secured and maintained well.
When I was there the lady was very abrupt and not able to help with information. I was told over the phone that there was available units on the ground, but when I went to secure a unit and see where it was located the lady said there is nothing. The reason they got 2 stars was because of the location and the person on the phone. A shame that the person in the office was not helpful. Have not been back since so not sure if they have new staff and this has been resolved.
Staff is very helpful. Easy way to store your extra goods
Something that does come in handy is one of these storages. We all know that does not matter what your reasons might be. Exstra storage is always something that we will be needing somewhere in life. I can also say that the storage facility is well secured.

It's very isolated but it's clean and quiet there.
