My husband came in to remove his wisdom tooth.. on Wednesday the 22/02/22, as a result he wasn’t feeling too good to go back to work the rest of the week, when we called in to inquire about the process of a follow up appointment with the doctor and a sick note, the receptionist was extremely rude!! To a point where she made me want to go into the surgery and set her straight!!! It’s understandable that she might hate her job, but the dental services we receive are not free we pay for a specific service, and do not expect to be spoken to like we are illiterate!! I am extremely annoyed and irritated with the customer service received from that lady!
Won't recommend, had to visit another dentist to fix the poor treatment of work.
My experience was the best teeth extraction was painless and professional.
