Started riding at Swanhof and was an extremely nervous rider, Mia slowly build my confidence and today I compete at a Prelim dressage level and moving on to Novice. She also has the fantastic ability to match horse and rider. Furthermore, winning is not everything, what is important at Swanhof is being thought the foundations of riding, meaning understanding the horse, caring, loving, and building a relationship with these majestic animals.
Swanhof, being run by Mia Swanevelder a showjumper herself is a first class small academy where the personal attention and professional but homely feel is only surpassed by the love and care for the horses.The perfect place to get something extra, and to get to the next level, from whatever level rider you are. Highly recommended!
