I bought a lovely piece by Ntuli and I love the picture.However, the people who sold me the piece at the gallery gave me incorrect information re shipping it to the USA. The cost far exceeded what they told me and I never got back my VAT as expected. I communicated this back to the gallery as feedback for future customers but they have not replied . Disappointing and unprofessional in my view.
