No access to Restrooms,The lady won't help with checking bus delays if you didn't buy the bus ticket there at the agency.The seating is out in the open,Rain, sun all sorts of weather gonna whip you,Not safe at all for commuters especially at night and early hours of the morning , It opens late and closes early

I hated the dirtyness of the station and the old ugly bus they gave us which had a breakdown and it took them 9 hours of is as passengers waiting for a mechanic to come and fix it. It was horrible to me imagine parking right under the sun with no aircon and all, so my good people i would never recommend this product to anyone else

We always have a good experience with them,just wish there were more seating to wait on bus at the stop

Safe transcity bus. Not quite neat but if you've been on coaches in any part of Africa, you'll appreciate it. Has toilet on the bus. Working ac and doesn't get full; got an extra seat to spread my legs. Very pleasant drivers and bus conductors. You can also book online to avoid the hustle of queues.

Use them almost every month. in the past 3 years I can't count on two hand how many times the bus has been late. Sometimes 30min. Today...Again nearly 2 hours. No apologies. no refunds. just a dirty seat and a smelly bathroom. Will not use again.

Easy to find even if u haven't been here before and the A.T.M nearby is also helpful but i think the place can be improved.fencing and a security officer,especially during the night would make people feel a lot safe.

Truly disappointing experience. I hope it was the first and last otherwise I would never use their services again. The bus came in one hour and 30 minutes late, and there was no explanation or notice to us.nxa!

Area needs to be improved in terms of structure, shelter and display of bus arrival. We are now in the 21st century.Introduce security or add cameras because the area/place is the to stay years & years to come...please please put Welkom in the map!!

You can make use of translit versus anytime friendly staff very helpful I can't remember what my recent trip from vanderbijlpark we met somebody on the road was lost but had a busstickit and was assisted by the drivers and by the drivers helping him you got to the place where he needed to in Welkom

No, social distancing. Used the APM bus which was loaded to 100%capacity. Absolutely no regard for current health regulations. Bus had an on board rest room that is kept locked.
