T v Corner

Seemingly this company has more clients than it can handle and lacks competition, thus it does not take customer service seriously. While trying to arrange for them to come and service my challenge, I could barely hear what the receptionist was saying over the loud radio that was playing in the background. I had to repeat myself severally before she understood what I required. I made the call in the morning around 08:00 and she promised me that the business owner would get back to me as soon as they were back in the office. By 15:00 they had not called. When I called to make a follow up I was informed that they were extremely busy. I asked whether they would be able to assist me the next day to which they claimed again that they were extremely busy and could only assist me in the following week. After much persuasion they eventually agreed to help two days later. It took them half a day before they eventually turned up which a bit of of an inconvenience as I had to leave somebody in the house to wait for the technicians. Overall not the best customer service one would expect from a service provider who is expected to understand customer service.

Terrible, the person answering the phone keeps on coughing into the phone and laughs.after repeating yourself 3 times she still asks what is the problem..waste of your time and airtime calling them
