Prices extremely high. When you step in the store are being greeted by one of personal,but otherwise all the sales. Assistents arr talking to each other a person must go to them to ask for any help. Dont even want to give a star

Bought my bar fridge last year here and received good service. Went today to look for a bed and to find out about account system. Rochelle assisted me with her knowledge of a bed,my phone rang and I just asked caller to excuse me as I'm busy,then Rochelle looked very irritable,threw the catalogue on a bed and her whole body language showed me and my sister she was not excited to assist . I then told her I'm not interested anymore and left the shop. I won't be back.

I had a wonderful experience with Tafelberg Furnishers Paarl. After struggling with Tafelberg Furnishers Somerset West for weeks regarding my dishwasher that was broken I decided to phone Tafelberg Paarl to see if they can assist. I spoke to a lady by the name of Crystelle Abrahams. She was so kind and helpful. Within minutes she spoke to Defy and did all the arrangements from her side. I will definitely recommend Tafelberg Paarl to all my friends and family and definitely Mrs Abrahams. What a wonderful person she is. Thanks again for all your help and assistance.
Thanks for good prices and excellent service
Our first time experience at the store was really nice and the salesman Mr Dollie helped my wife and I with superb customer service however this was not consistent and very disappointing. We purchased our fridge Sunday and delivery was Monday and this is where the bad experience started. We waited till 15:30 to get a call for delivery only for them to deliver our fridge at 18:10 and to find out the incorrect power plug was supplied. The correct plug was supposed to be delivered Tuesday morning but once again Tuesday morning the incorrect plug was delivered. How can a person get something like this wrong multiple times.
